Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

You will be integral to ensuring the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by autism. As a member of the Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, the BCaBA manages individualized behavior programming under the supervision of a BCBA, including: Supervising implementation of treatment plans Developing individualized goals/objectives Individualizing client treatment plans/curricula Managing RBTs Why Work at Butterfly Effects? Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field BCaBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB Minimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting About Butterfly Effects Since 2005, Butterfly Effects has supported over 14,000 families through individualized ABA therapy.
