This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated commercial disputes and working closely with clients on high-stakes litigation matters. The practice represents businesses across a wide range of industries in complex litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota Approximately 3-6 years of business or commercial litigation experience Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and legal research Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Excellent academic credentials What You'll Do Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents Manage discovery, including written discovery, document review, and depositions Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances Develop case strategy and work directly with clients Collaborate with attorneys across a nationally recognized litigation platform Why Apply?
