Bronx On-Site Job Coach — Empower IDD Workers

AHRC New York City is seeking multiple Full-Time Job Coaches to join the Employment Services Program in the Bronx. The job coach spends most of the time with individuals on the job site and gradually fades as they gain proficiency, ensuring meaningful employment for people with IDD. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, teaching and supporting new workers, and documenting progress.
