Commercial Insurance Account Executive

Commercial Lines Account Executive Seeking experienced and dynamic Commercial Lines Account Executives to join a rapidly growing team within the Programs Division. This fast‑paced environment offers the opportunity to service a diverse book of business, support producers, and contribute to the success of an Auto Dealer Team. Compensation Package Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities Responsibilities Manage and service a book of business with account sizes ranging from $75,000 to $500,000 (and some accounts up to $1 million). Support producers in quoting new and renewal business. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective client service. Utilize Sagitta software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Contribute to the growth of the division by managing a high volume of new business. Qualifications / Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in commercial lines account management, preferably with medium to large brokers. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sagitta software is preferred. Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
