Group Art Supervisor

Leading a creative design team, the full-time Group Art Supervisor will manage the conception, development, and execution of artwork for integrated advertising campaigns while ensuring projects align with strategic objectives, all in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the creative process and manage the design team to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion Develop innovative ideas to address client marketing challenges and maintain high standards of design quality Mentor junior team members and freelancers, delegating assignments and monitoring project progress Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or a related field 7 years of creative or creative management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry Proficiency in FIGMA and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite Strong digital portfolio showcasing outstanding creative presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while being self-motivated and detail-oriented
