Digital Account Manager

Owning the complete customer journey for a portfolio of institutional partners, the full-time remote Digital Account Manager will drive adoption, engagement, and measurable student success outcomes through proactive relationship management and revenue growth. Key responsibilities Own the full customer journey from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion Proactively monitor account health and engagement signals to drive retention Identify and close growth opportunities within the portfolio, managing the full sales cycle Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing sales role within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven organization Demonstrated success in retaining and growing accounts, preferably in higher education or healthcare Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to connect institutional goals with outcomes Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
