HCM Principal Consultant

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Consultant with expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) Security, Integrations, and Data Migration to support enterprise HCM implementation and optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Configuring security controls
• Supporting module integrations
• Executing data migration activities
• Participating in system configuration and testing efforts

This role requires a strong combination of functional and technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and client stakeholders in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in HCM systems, enterprise applications, or related technology environments
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience or related client-facing technology experience preferred
• Experience with:
  • HCM security configuration and administration
  • System and module integrations
  • Data migration methodologies and tools
  • Configuration and testing activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience working within structured project delivery methodologies

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite HCM, Workday, or comparable HCM platforms
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware technologies, and cloud integration solutions
• Experience supporting federal government or public sector clients
• Relevant HCM, cloud, or technical certifications
