Senior Consultant, Oracle HCM Talent and Learning

While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on:

• Material client interaction through all projects
• Project management
• Intensive data-analysis and identification of key insights
• Creating compelling client-ready presentations
• Developing Analysts and Coachees

As a Senior Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM Talent & Learning, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the design, configuration, and delivery of Talent Management and Learning workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations
• Requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support
• Serving as a functional subject matter expert across Oracle Talent modules
• Collaborating with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to translate talent and learning strategies into scalable Oracle solutions
• Facilitating design workshops, managing testing cycles, and resolving functional issues
• Ensuring integration with Core HR and other HCM modules
• Supporting reporting and analytics needs
• Developing documentation and training materials
• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery of talent development and workforce enablement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users
• 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical skills coupled with functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams
• Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed

Requirements

• The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000.00 - $145,000 (U.S.)
• The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel
• This job is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program
• Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 (U.S.)
• This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs
