Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Nail Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy nail salon while also serving as an active part of the front desk team.

The ideal candidate will be involved in the day-to-day flow of the business, interacting with clients, supporting the staff, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.

The Salon Manager will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining operational excellence, overseeing inventory and organization, handling customer service issues, and ensuring the salon runs efficiently every day. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, personable, and capable of balancing leadership with hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the salon to ensure a seamless and professional experience for both clients and staff.
• Work the front desk by greeting clients, checking guests in and out, answering phones, booking appointments, processing payments, and assisting with general client communications.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of technicians and front desk staff while fostering a positive, respectful, and drama-free work environment.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
• Oversee employee scheduling, accountability, performance, and ongoing development.
• Maintain salon organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency throughout the day.
• Manage inventory
• Onboard new employees while reinforcing company policies and service standards.
• Resolve employee and client issues professionally while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Work closely with ownership to improve operations, implement new initiatives, and support the continued growth of the business.
• Ensure compliance with all nail salon policies, sanitation standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a nail salon
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable working at the front desk and providing direct customer service throughout the day.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and salon operations.
• Ability to multitask
• Dependable, professional, and accountable.
