Location: Seattle, WA or Tacoma, WA (On-site) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join a growing civil litigation practice with a focus on medical malpractice defense, healthcare-related matters, professional licensing, and general liability cases . Responsibilities: Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Washington State Bar license and in good standing. Minimum 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in medical malpractice, healthcare law, or general liability is preferred. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
