Visit our website at Job Overview ProSidian seeks a Lead Project Information Specialist | Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services [USTDA0009008] for Program support on an Exempt 1099 Contract. The position is generally located across the Arlington, VA area and the Mid Atlantic Region. USTDA supports U.S. exports via overseas infrastructure project development and partnership funding. Responsibilities and Duties Senior-level administrative support with data governance and records oversight in alignment with GSA admin duties. Record Management – organize, preserve access, and ensure compliance through streamlined records management services. Centralize resources, optimize workflows, and deliver responsive support services that promote clarity, efficiency, and growth. Simplify information access and minimize administrative burdens to boost productivity and provide seamless solutions that foster organizational success. Manage physical and digital records; ensure compliance with federal records retention policies; oversee filing systems and retrieval operations. Worksite: Mid Atlantic Region, located in Arlington, VA. Initial address: 1101 Wilson Blvd., Suite 1100, Arlington, VA 22209‑3901. Qualifications At least 10 total years of related work experience. At least 5 years of records management experience, including Freedom of Information Act information management. Experience creating and implementing records management policies, procedures, and retention schedules. Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements. Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff. Strong computer skills (database, word processing, data entry). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to innovative and quality customer service. Physical ability to move large number of files and/or file boxes. Preferred records management training or certificate. Experience with administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or policies and procedures. Ability to provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot AV equipment during events. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Ability to identify and resolve complex problems. College degree required in business or information management and/or related certifications. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or related field. Skills Required Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to respond flexibly and provide rapid assistance in a time‑sensitive environment. Strong organizational and customer service skills. U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and retain a “SECRET” security clearance. Records lifecycle management, data entry, document classification, attention to detail. Competencies Required Confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and accountability. Supports USTDA’s information governance and compliance initiatives. Ancillary Details Of The Roles Security clearance: Personnel may need to have access to classified material or enter classified areas. Clearances (Secret, interim TS/SCI or Full TS/SCI) must be maintained throughout the contract. Compliance with FAR 52.204‑2, DoD security requirements (DD Form 254, DD Form 441, DoD 5220.22‑M) is mandatory. Personnel denied a Top Secret clearance after Interim TS will be restricted from contract duties, but this does not relieve ProSidian of performance obligations.
