Software Engineer, Full Stack - Wealth Management

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• We are looking for strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• We need knowledge of GraphQL for AEM content fragments and headless delivery.
• We require experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• We value testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress or Playwright.
• We need experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using one or more modern programming languages and database query languages.
• We expect a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• We need a strong grasp of agile practices, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
• We value demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• We want hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, with the ability to assess, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, performance, and security.

• We execute software solutions, design work, development, and technical troubleshooting, using creative approaches to solve complex problems.
• We create secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms across appropriate systems.
• We produce architecture and design documentation for complex applications and ensure design constraints are met through code development.
• We gather, analyze, synthesize, and build visualizations and reports from large, varied data sets to support continuous improvement of our applications and systems.
• We work closely with UX/UI designers and product owners to translate wireframes and user requirements into production-ready code.
• We rapidly prototype new features and concepts to collect user feedback and refine ideas before full development.
• We review and debug code while upholding best practices in code quality, accessibility, and performance.
• We stay up to date on emerging UI technologies and industry trends and encourage their adoption within the team.
• We use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across complex work, while verifying outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
• We apply knowledge of software development life cycle tools, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value delivered by automation.
