As General Manager, some of your core activities will include:

• Selecting, developing, maintaining, and motivating your employees.
• Providing necessary training for employees to develop skills both for current job level and possible future promotions.
• Maximizing bottom line by increasing sales and controlling costs.
• Taking full responsibility that all shop operations run smoothly and that product quality, food safety, sanitation, safe environment, and guest satisfaction standards are met.
• Marketing the shop effectively in the surrounding areas.

In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:

• Know how to manage schedules.
• Be able to identify for improvement in sales and costs.
• Be able to handle several competing tasks at once.
• Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.
• Be knowledgeable of and strictly comply with all food safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Full availability to work on weekends and evenings.
• 2 years prior management experience.
