About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP - Finance to oversee the financial planning and analysis function with a strong focus on business performance and key metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and financial support to senior management, managing and analyzing P&L results, budgets, and forecasts, and collaborating with various teams on financial reporting and processes. This role involves leading a team of finance professionals, developing and revamping financial models and reports, and identifying advanced analytics for various business aspects. The VP - Finance will also be involved in leading financial meetings, building performance-based compensation models, and preparing financial presentations for board meetings. Applicants for the VP - Finance position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a senior financial role. The role requires expertise in analytical and data modeling, USGAAP, financial statement reporting, and experience with relational databases and data mining tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing price and cost structures, using financial reports for risk identification, and conducting various financial analyses. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves managing a large team and leading local financial audits. The company values candidates who can demonstrate the ability to provide actionable financial insights and support the business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
