Work Environment\n

This role will operate within a fully remote telehealth framework, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients and team members. You will leverage digital tools and platforms to engage with clients effectively, conducting therapy sessions, and managing casework remotely. The position entails a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, supporting a work-life balance while ensuring robust patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders through virtual sessions, ensuring the delivery of culturally competent care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to set and achieve common goals, fostering an environment of mutual support and shared accountability.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions including individual, group, and family therapies.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to carry out brief screenings and arrange for more detailed evaluations as necessary.

• Assist clients in crisis situations, employing effective crisis intervention techniques to ensure safety and stability.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and support.

• Document clinical activity meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

• Handle on-call duties as assigned, providing emergency support outside standard hours when needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
