Work Environment\n

In this role, you will work remotely within a supportive framework that promotes communication and collaboration. You will be connected to a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, ensuring you have the resources to provide well-rounded care. Your typical hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy focused on mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD to clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluating clients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to create a coordinated approach to treatment.

• Monitor client progress diligently and adapt treatment plans in response to feedback and clinical developments, maintaining a dynamic approach to care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, advising them on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
