Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to varied age groups (preschool, elementary, middle school)
• Enthusiastic about working full-time, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Serve an average caseload of approximately 55 students per school
• Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy for students on a leave-of-absence caseload
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student success
• Document progress and maintain compliance with IEPs and state guidelines
• Travel across assigned campuses within the San Juan Capistrano area as needed
