What You'll Be Doing Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling, virtual interviews, candidate travel, and background checks Support onboarding through new hire paperwork, offer audits, and coordination with Talent Acquisition and IT teams Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support Maintain employee records and personnel files in Workday with a high level of accuracy and compliance Create and update HR guides, FAQs, SOPs, and knowledge articles Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR teams on employee experience and process improvement initiatives Handle confidential information and appropriately elevate sensitive issues Support the full employee lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience Required Qualifications 3-4+ years of experience in HR Coordination, HR Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a related HR function Experience supporting both recruiting coordination and onboarding/HR operations Hands-on Workday experience, including hires, employee changes, audits, and data maintenance Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience handling confidential employee information Preferred Qualifications Experience working within gaming, entertainment, or technology organizations Experience creating HR documentation, guides, FAQs, or knowledge articles Demonstrated process improvement experience Shared Services or HR Help Desk experience Target Backgrounds HR Coordinator HR Specialist HR Operations Coordinator HR Operations Specialist People Operations Coordinator People Services Specialist Recruiting Coordinator with HR Operations experience HR Shared Services Representative Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.47/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
