Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of essential tasks aimed at supporting our clients’ mental health journeys:

• Conduct thorough initial interviews and comprehensive assessments of individuals seeking support, ensuring a holistic understanding of their mental health and substance use histories.

• Perform ongoing evaluations by gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing bio-psychosocial information from clients, collateral sources, and community resources to inform treatment plans.

• Demonstrate professional competencies aligned with current standards in chemical dependency knowledge and therapeutic techniques, including evidence-based practices and modalities.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare providers, social workers, and peers, to enhance the continuum of care for clients.

• Engage with clients via telehealth platforms, maintaining high standards for communication and ensuring that interventions are effective and appropriate for their unique needs.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations experiencing mental health challenges, particularly those struggling with addiction and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Services, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid Washington State license as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT must be maintained.

• Previous experience of at least two years working in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering counseling and therapy.

• A commitment to respecting confidentiality concerning all communications, including client records and documentation, in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethics.

• Drug-free status with no history of substance misuse while serving as a therapist.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members.
