We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of CEO from a Chief Operations Officer or Chief Credit Officer or similar background. A strong accounting background is preferred. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are looking for a high-level leadership position. Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to all departments within the credit union. Develop and implement lending strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk. Manage day to day operations of the credit union. Collaborate with executive management to set company goals and objectives. Monitor loan portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve financial targets. Essential Job Functions Hire, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lending and credit professionals. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and investors. Drive business development efforts and identify new lending opportunities. Stay up to date with industry trends and develop innovative lending solutions. Skills Proven track record of leadership. Strong understanding of lending principles and processes, risk assessment, credit analysis and accounting. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to make sound business decisions and manage a diverse team. Bi-lingual is a plus. Proficient in financial analysis and financial modeling. Requirements 5+ years of management experience in a Credit Union. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field. Strong Accounting skills or experience.
