Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client mental health needs and assess risk factors, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic workshops and group sessions that address various mental health topics, such as anxiety management, coping strategies, and self-esteem building.

• Maintain detailed, secure patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality while sharing critical insights with team members as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) are preferred.
