Attorneys in the practice also advise public companies on disclosure obligations, securities regulations, exchange compliance, and corporate governance matters. Supported by a centralized team of former SEC officials and experienced securities lawyers, the group is known for handling innovative and high-profile transactions at the forefront of the capital markets industry. The Opportunity The firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join its San Diego office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated securities transactions and public company matters for a diverse client base that includes issuers, underwriters, and investors. Associates in this role will gain exposure to a wide range of capital markets transactions and regulatory matters, working closely with experienced attorneys across offices on complex, fast-paced deals. The position provides meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to build experience advising companies throughout their lifecycle as public entities.
