You will be primarily engaged in school-based services, collaborating with educational professionals, parents, and the broader community to ensure children receive the necessary support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and school site contacts to monitor student cases and address emerging concerns effectively.

• Engage in ongoing audits and quality assurance initiatives related to documentation and client records to ensure compliance with agency policies, funding requirements, and ethical standards.

• Attend required programmatic and agency meetings, sharing insights and participating in training to enhance your clinical skills.
\n
• Compile reports on program effectiveness and client outcomes as requested by the agency Director.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the AWARDS electronic health record system to support continuity of care.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation for clients in crisis as well as those in non-crisis situations, ensuring timely support and intervention.
\n
• Promote a safe and organized work directory, promptly reporting maintenance or safety issues to management.
\n
• Oversee intern recruitment processes including interviewing, onboarding, and training, aligning with the agency's mission and service delivery objectives.
\n
• Implement training workshops and coordinate recruitment events to engage students and potential interns from local universities.
\n
• Ensure thorough compliance with federal, state, and county policies regarding mental health services.
\n
• Participate in the performance evaluation process for interns to support professional development and retention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Clinical Social Worker will focus on providing social work support primarily in school settings. You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and their families who experience emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 annually for this full-time position, reflective of your experience and expertise.
