Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions aimed at fostering effective coping mechanisms and personal growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continual learning through workshops and professional development opportunities to remain current with the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Your approach will be client-centered and culturally sensitive, aiming to empower clients with the tools necessary for overcoming their challenges and achieving better life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with varied clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and related software tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment will be highly regarded. A history of working with underserved populations is also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with a salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload. In addition, we offer:
