About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Franchise Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the critical responsibility of identifying and developing sources of candidates for franchise ownership. This includes sourcing new sales opportunities, prospecting, and guiding prospective franchise owners through the decision-making process. The role also involves building the sales function, department, and strategy, as well as assisting in the presentation of the advantages and features of owning a franchise. The Vice President of Franchise Sales will be expected to travel as necessary to meet with potential franchise owners in local and international markets. Applicants for the Vice President of Franchise Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation. A minimum of 5 years' experience in building and scaling successful franchise systems is required, along with a detailed knowledge of the principles and strategies for franchise system development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leasing programs, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage all documentation and legal agreements related to a franchise system. Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and a proven track record as a creative strategist in driving franchise sales, are also essential. The role demands an individual with good phone skills, an extroverted personality, and the ability to handle rejection with an even-handed approach to problem resolution.
