Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Desired 10-15+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in HVAC. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using operational management software and tools. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
