About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff / High-Agency Generalist to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as an operational co-pilot to the founders, taking on the responsibility of building and scaling go-to-market (GTM) engines, and turning strategic ideas into automated, repeatable systems. This role is pivotal in the company's rapid growth, and the ideal candidate will be a resourceful builder with a high-agency drive, capable of using modern AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff / High-Agency Generalist include owning and scaling outbound messaging engines, running market positioning experiments, and leading special ops projects across various functions. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in GTM systems, experience in early-stage startups, and a deep understanding of modern AI tools. The candidate should be a proactive problem-solver, able to catch and act on high-priority insights, and be adept at system design to create scalable, repeatable processes. A Bachelor's degree from a competitive university is required, and the candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for 100% on-site collaboration.
