Operations Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. | 20 hours per week Compensation: $28–$38 per hour, depending on experience About the Position Linecom is seeking an organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to our operations and project management team. This role will help keep project documentation, submittals, purchasing, billing information, and deadlines organized and moving forward. The ideal candidate enjoys creating order, following through on details, and helping a busy team stay accountable. Responsibilities Prepare, organize, submit, and track project submittals, including product information and approval status. Maintain project files, logs, and documentation. Assist with purchase orders, material tracking, and vendor follow-up. Collect and organize daily project updates and job-specific billing information. Track deadlines, outstanding items, and required follow-up. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items. Support communication among project managers, field teams, vendors, and leadership. Help develop and maintain checklists, templates, and tools that improve department organization. Qualifications Administrative or operations coordination experience; construction industry experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently. Clear, professional written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Experience with submittals, purchase orders, or construction documentation is a plus. Willingness to learn Linecom’s systems and processes. Consistent daytime schedule with Fridays off. 40 hours of paid time off annually. Paid holidays that fall on regularly scheduled workdays. Paid training and onboarding.
