Centennial Heart is looking for a general cardiologist to join their team at TriStar Summit Medical Center in Hermitage, TN. Qualified Candidates:
• Board eligible or board certified in cardiovascular disease
• Active TN License or ability to obtain
• Both experienced candidates and fellows will be considered Incentive/Benefits Package:

• Centennial Heart at TriStar Summit serves the greater Nashville communities near Hermitage, Mt. Juliet and, Lebanon communities.
• It is our mission and passion to improve the quality of life for our patients through excellent cardiac care
• We are part of a team of over 40 experienced cardiologists leading the local and regional area in specialized collaborative cardiac care
• Clinic conveniently located on hospital campus
• Accredited chest pain center with a 24/7 STEMI PCI laboratory
• Shared Call Model
• Average of 20 patient office visits daily per cardiologist
• TriStar Summit Medical Center, 218-bed comprehensive facility offering a full array of acute care services including cardiology, emergency, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation, surgical, and women's services.
