Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking people‑centric HR Generalists to join our talent pipeline for upcoming opportunities. Compensation & Schedule Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year Shift: First Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and conduct workplace investigations. Manage the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from coordinating orientation to conducting exit interviews. Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) and maintain accurate digital employee records. Administer the annual review process and guide managers through employee development plans. Assist with open enrollment, benefits administration, and coordinate with the payroll team. Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone interviews. Qualifications & Skills Human Resources experience – minimum 3 years.
