About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Digital Asset Platforms to play a pivotal role in the development and expansion of enterprise capabilities that underpin the future of digital finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the company's digital asset vision into actionable programs and measurable outcomes. This senior leadership position involves leading the end-to-end delivery of initiatives across various key streams, including custody, trading, settlement, tokenization, payments, and wealth management. The role requires a strong focus on strategy execution, program delivery, cross-functional leadership, business growth, and partnerships, as well as regulatory and risk oversight. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the quality of execution, team performance, and the delivery of significant progress in the digital asset platform. Candidates for this role at the company should have a strong background in business and technical aspects, with an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and an advanced degree such as an MBA being an asset. A minimum of 10 years' experience in capital markets, fintech, banking, or technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or program delivery role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital assets, blockchain technology, and the institutional financial services landscape, and must be adept at turning strategy into action. Influential communication skills, the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders, and a commitment to the values of trust, teamwork, and accountability are essential. The role demands a leader who can build and develop high-performing teams, drive business growth, and ensure strong regulatory and risk oversight in the digital asset space.
