Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst - Third-Party Risk (EET CAP Team) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in risk monitoring, vendor governance, reporting, and data analysis and a proven ability to coordinate remediation, communicate status to stakeholders, and maintain accurate risk and contract pipeline inventories .

Responsibilities:

• Produce weekly reporting for EET CAP Product Management on expiring and open Data Transmission Requests (DTRs) and third-party risks trending toward consequence.
• Track and report risks and issues identified by Global Information Security and Global Third-Party Management that may impact contracts or project execution.
• Maintain accurate inventories for vendor contracts, DTRs, risks, issues, and remediation actions.
• Develop clear presentation materials and communicate complex risk information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct regular reviews with product owners, application managers, and stakeholders to obtain status and drive remediation plan execution.
• Coordinate remediation activities across multiple teams and manage timely escalations.
• Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making.
• Document current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large and varied data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to organize, track, and coordinate remediation across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in third-party risk, vendor risk, or operational risk management.
• Experience working with technology teams in Financial Services.
• Familiarity with analytical and reporting tools such as Splunk and Tableau.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
