Role Description

Loar Group is seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter with a proven track record sourcing and hiring engineering talent within the industrial manufacturing sector. As an integral part of the Loar corporate Talent Acquisition team, the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building engineering talent pipelines and providing a full range of recruiting services to the Loar Business Units (LBUs).

This role requires an experienced talent acquisition specialist who has operated successfully in both corporate and agency recruiting environments, and brings a consultative, strategic, and creative approach to building engineering talent pipelines across multiple geographies. The Technical Recruiter will partner closely with Engineering leadership and other stakeholders to drive high impact hiring strategies, proactively source niche engineering talent and support Loar’s long-term workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for highly specialized engineering and technical roles (e.g., mechanical, electrical, systems, quality, and manufacturing engineers)

• Develop and execute hiring strategies that support multiple operating units across diverse geographies
\n
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders – consulting on market trends, talent availability, competitive insights and hiring best practices
\n
• Maintain strong professional relationships across the portfolio by providing superior service and results
\n
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and hard-to-find engineering talent globally
\n
• Build, manage and nurture long-term talent pipelines
\n
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills and organizational fit
\n
• Utilize recruiting tools and advanced sourcing techniques
\n
• Promote and tailor employer brand messaging
\n
• Collaborate with leadership, LBU HR and the Talent Acquisition team to develop campus recruiting strategies
\n
• Partner with the Loar Talent Management team to continuously improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
\n
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations, global data privacy laws and company policies
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a blend of corporate and agency experience
\n
• Proven success sourcing and hiring engineering and other technical roles within aerospace manufacturing or comparable industries
\n
• Must have experience in direct sourcing including expertise in Boolean search, competitive mapping, talent intelligence, and digital networking
\n
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and shifting priorities in a fast paced high growth environment
\n
• Exceptional communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills required
\n
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs and MS Office
\n
• Bachelors’ degree in Business, Psychology or Engineering would be preferred
\n
• Experience recruiting in highly regulated industries is preferred
