What You'll Do Conduct pre-installation inspections to verify job readiness, confirm project scope, and ensure all materials and site conditions are prepared for installation. Coordinate installation schedules by ensuring crews, subcontractors, and materials arrive on time and projects stay on track. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns. Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure quality standards are met, address punch list items, and confirm customer satisfaction. Collect final payments and complete all required project closeout documentation. Monitor project progress, resolve field issues quickly, and coordinate with production, sales, vendors, and installation teams to keep projects moving efficiently. Maintain accurate project records, including job notes, photos, change orders, and customer communications, while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience from start to finish.
