This position is primarily remote, which allows for flexibility in your work schedule. While the core hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening and weekend shifts will be arranged on a rotational basis to accommodate our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and treatment preferences.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout the therapeutic process, assessing and modifying treatment plans as needed.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to patient care.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mood disorder treatment to refine clinical practices and enhance patient care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
