We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our client first staff today.ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary contact for clientsAssist with the development and maintenance of client relationshipsConsult and be a resource for clients during the purchasing processBe knowledgeable of all products and services offeredHave a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on estimatesCommunicate with production team and customers on a regular basisReview client files to ensure production quality and accuracyAcquire a strong knowledge of the products and services offeredBe highly responsive to customer inquiriesAcquire new clients through cold calling and establishing initial sales contactsSet appointments and/or arrange meetings for the Account ExecutiveParticipate in business development by assisting with the creation of strategies for targeting and gaining access to existing and new marketsUnderstand and consult with clients on internet and print marketing solutionsStrategize with clients by listening, interpreting their needs, and advising on solutionsUnderstand, develop, and interpret metrics for marketing solutions provided to clientsCommunicate courteously with clients through email, over the phone, and in personAssist clients with the resolution of any problems that may ariseUnderstand and operate majority of equipment used in the centerQualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to problem solve and be solutions orientedHighly detailed with strong organizational and time management skillsUnderstanding of basic computer softwareThe ability to learn new software quicklyProfessional customer service demeanorHighly responsive to customer needsAbility to create and maintain customer relationshipsAbility to coordinate multiple schedulesUnderstand the basic sales and marketing process preferredHigh School diploma or GED required
