We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Front Desk Administrator to join our team!

What you will be doing

• Manage daily office operations, including opening and closing during business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm).
• Screen and direct phone calls, maintain the telecommunication system, and greet and direct visitors.
• Handle mail and packages, coordinate meetings, and manage conference room schedules.
• Oversee kitchen cleanliness and office supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for building maintenance and equipment service providers.
• Set up work areas for new employees, maintain telephone extensions, and support IT issue resolution.
• Assist in coordinating company events such as the Summer Outing, Holiday Party, and other special occasions.

What you will bring along

• 3+ years as Administrative Assistant and Receptionist
• Robust work ethic and schedule flexibility
• Typing speed: 50WPM+
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, scheduling, and calendaring
• Skills in event coordination
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in customer service principles and processes
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
