Principal Netsuite business systems analyst (OTC)

Work multi-functionally to detail and analyze processes end-to-end

Advise the business on standard methodologies to better optimize our enterprise tools

Partner with functional business owners to resolve systems-related issues

Capture, document, and refine business requirements

Act as the Product Owner/Scrum Master during the Agile development process

Partner with the technical team to lead User Acceptance Testing for deployments

Develop customer communications, training, and job aids to assist in successful business transitions

Acts as the main point of contact for all new incoming business requests

What You Bring Along:

5+ years of proven experience in a business systems analyst role

Understanding of industry-standard finance processes spanning across the whole Finance organization

Expertise in business analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering, conducting interviews, modeling, and developing use cases.

Extended experience using ERP systems like NetSuite/Oracle and working directly with users of the software

Experience with RevPro, Concur, Avalara, and Stripe preferred

Project management skills and the ability to operate in an Agile delivery framework

Understanding of systems analysis, including root cause analysis and other process modeling and systems design methodologies

Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

A proactive thinker capable of evaluating cross-functional implications and downstream impacts

Adept at multitasking and excelling in fast-paced environments
