Develop and grow your own book of business by connecting with potential clients in the Bedford area and beyond.

Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique protection gaps for individuals and local business owners.

Prepare and present tailored quotes across P&C, Life, and Commercial lines to provide comprehensive security.

Nurture existing client relationships to ensure they remain well-protected as their life or business circumstances shift.

Stay ahead of industry updates and carrier offerings to offer the most relevant advice possible.

Collaborate with the office leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve overall client satisfaction.

Valid Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses for the state of Texas.

Demonstrable history of successfully managing a sales pipeline.

Strong comfort level with cold-calling and networking to build a book of business.

Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and basic CRM systems.

Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain, accessible language.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage diverse client needs across multiple product lines.

Prior experience in commercial insurance lines is highly valued but not strictly required for the right motivated candidate.
