This role provides training, assists with implementing new procedures and initiatives, and monitors international stations and personnel to ensure the highest level of service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to create followership, and a solid background in international logistics.Responsibilities:Monitor daily operations across international stations to ensure consistency, compliance, and service excellence.Serve as a central resource for international colleagues. Providing guidance, support, and resolving operational issues in real time.Conduct regular evaluations of station performance and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.Domestic travel to stations to provide onboarding, recurrent training, and skill-based coaching to international colleaguesSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pmQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in International Logistics3-5 years of experienceOther skills neededMust be proficient in Microsoft programsExcellent Organizational SkillsCommunication skillsTravel (domestic) is expected for 20% of the time if necessary.Company Benefits:MedicalDentalVision401k + Company MatchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffFlexible Work Schedules (when possible)And more!Pay Range:$23.00 - $25.00 **The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
