Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, both in individual and group settings, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to various clients.

• Continuously monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists and clinical social workers, to provide holistic care, and refer clients to specialists when further expertise is required.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as relationship difficulties, trauma, and mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the following benefits:
