Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a Pharmacist in Charge within a mail order infusion environment, managing pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The position requires a dedicated professional with strong pharmacy management experience and the ability to prepare sterile compounded medications, including IV admixtures.

Location: Belton, MO
Schedule/Hours:

• Part-time, 15 to 30 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Duration: 8 weeks with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure smooth workflow and regulatory compliance
• Act as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) responsible for maintaining pharmacy standards
• Prepare sterile compounded products, including IV admixtures, within a home infusion/mail order setting
• Utilize CareTend order entry system efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care and medication distribution

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid licenses in Missouri and Texas required immediately; licensure in Nebraska and Oklahoma highly desirable
• Proven experience in pharmacy management and compliance as Pharmacist in Charge
• Prior experience in infusion pharmacy or home infusion settings preferred
• Strong skills in sterile compounding and preparation of IV admixtures
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours and adapt to the fast-paced environment
