AI Support Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Support Engineer will troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide expert guidance on OpenAI's products, and drive operational excellence through automation and AI-powered workflows. Key responsibilities Resolve high-impact technical issues for customers, including API failures and integration challenges Act as a trusted expert on OpenAI's products, serving as a critical escalation point for complex problems Identify opportunities for automation and implement scalable improvements to enhance the support experience Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in User Operations, Engineering, or Support Engineering in fast-paced environments Proficiency in scripting or coding (e.g., Python) to automate tasks and integrate tools Expert-level troubleshooting skills in SaaS environments Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field Strong relationship-building skills with customers and cross-functional teams
