Chief of Staff Project Coordinator

Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a highly polished, relationship-oriented Project Coordinator/Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This individual will operate as a key communication bridge between executives, analytics teams, research functions, creative teams, and other business stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Attend leadership and executive meetings, capturing strategic priorities, key decisions, and action items
Translate executive discussions into clear, concise, and actionable requests for cross-functional teams
Serve as the central point of coordination between leadership, analytics, research, creative, and operational groups
Partner with analytics teams to help define business questions, gather insights, and communicate reporting needs effectively
Ensure stakeholder requests are clearly articulated and aligned with strategic objectives
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams with varying priorities, personalities, and workstyles
Prepare executive-ready communications, presentations, updates, and project summaries
Experience supporting executive leadership, business operations, strategy, project management, or Chief of Staff functions
Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and business intelligence concepts
Demonstrated ability to work closely with both analytical and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to synthesize complex discussions and convert them into actionable next steps
Experience working in fast-paced, highly visible environments
