Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand their mental health needs and design appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, depending on the specific needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed of current research, attending workshops and training sessions, and incorporating new strategies into practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
