Experienced Service Advisor Opportunity

Titus-Will Automotive Group is one of the largest, family-owned dealership groups in the South Sound, serving customers across Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland since 1938. We are currently seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our high-volume Lakewood Ford service department.

• Pay Range: $75,000 $150,000 per year (based on experience, performance, and qualifications)
• Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance-based incentives

What Youll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
• Meet performance goals while delivering an excellent customer experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a dealership or independent shop
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
