In-Home Sales Consultant – No Experience Needed, We’ll Train You!

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and guide them to the perfect flooring
- Close sales with warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling
- Boost earnings by generating your own business

- First-year average earnings $70K+, with top performers $120K+
- 100% uncapped commission + draw
- New hire bonus after 90 days
- Double commission on self-generated sales
- Monthly performance and referral bonuses

Fast Training & Support
- 4-week training program, with the first 2 weeks fully compensated, including hands-on experience with top sales leaders
- Start earning commission as early as Week 3
- Draw available up to $1600
- Flexible, appointment-based schedule — work 5 days per week
