Immediate need for a talented Senior On-Site Service Specialist. This is a 03+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Tempe, AZ (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily duties will include date stamping, copying, scanning, emailing (Microsoft Outlook), and clerical experience.
• The manager is looking for someone with customer service and organization skills.
• Physical requirements of this role include lifting 20LBS and extensive seating.
• Provides operations functions in one or all of the following areas: performs associated copying tasks, operates high volume document imaging equipment and related software.
• Also operates mail management systems.
• Generates reports for imaging, and mail.
• Ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributors and handles incoming and outgoing mail, as well as applies necessary postage.
• Stock paper next to copier of customer site equipment.
• May also perform QC and final check, Employees performing this function are Senior On-Site Services Specialist.
• This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site, or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.
• Operating scanning systems.
• Operating document image handling software
• Operating MS Office and Email
• Opening, saving and transferring PC files based on established protocols
• Accessing document management systems via established protocols
• Copier clears paper jams and refill trays.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
• Distribute mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.
• Responds to and coordinates all service request required by customer.
• Use all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and some PC.
• Performs filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Requires high school diploma, GED and 1 –2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills - Good PC skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Retention and filing skills
• Ability to use office machines
• Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level
• Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and instruction – prepare, provide and convey diversified information
• Some physical effort is required which may involve long seating as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 35-30 lbs.
• Regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
• Shift: 07:30 AM-04:00 PM Monday through Friday
