Work Environment

This role is predominantly home-based, allowing our therapists to deliver care in a comfortable environment that best suits the patients' unique circumstances. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs based on medical history, mobility, and physical abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include a variety of therapeutic approaches such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive devices.
• Implement treatment sessions effectively, ensuring adaptations are made according to patient progression and feedback.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking changes and outcomes to refine therapeutic goals and methodologies as necessary.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to educate them about effective self-care practices and the use of assistive devices.
• Stay abreast of current best practices by participating in continuing education opportunities and engaging with professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a diverse population that includes children and adults of varying ages and conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. The focus is on maximizing each patient's potential, enhancing their mobility, and improving their overall quality of life through tailored exercises and rehabilitation techniques.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using technology and computer software to track and document treatment plans.
• Ability to adapt to various patient needs and treatment environments.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy practice is desirable, particularly in home care settings.
• Experience with specific rehabilitation technologies and modalities will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
