We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the financial and day-to-day operations of a growing organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with numbers, and confident managing people and processes.

You’ll help keep the business financially organized, improve internal systems, support the team, and make sure day-to-day operations run efficiently.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry regulations.
• Streamline internal processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with department heads to support their operational needs and drive company-wide initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations.
• Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and assist in budget management.
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate accounting records and internal controls.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee office operations, supplies, and technology.
• Experience in managing and supporting office staff effectively.
• Ability to improve processes and create efficient systems.
• Experience in hiring, training, and fostering employee development initiatives is a plus.
